日本人によるオーストラリア関係記録・写真デジタルアーカイブ
「日本人によるオーストラリア関係記録・写真デジタルアーカイブ」は、オーストラリアに渡って労働に従事した日本人が残した記録や写真などの資料を収集・整理し、電子公開するデータベースです。
このデジタルアーカイブは、オーストラリア外務貿易省・豪日交流基金の助成を受けて構築しました。
デジタルアーカイブの利用について
ご利用にあたっては、以下の利用規則をよくお読みいただき、これらの条件に同意された場合のみご利用ください。ご利用いただいた場合は、全ての条件に同意されたものといたしますのでご了承願います。
資料の著作権について
このデジタルアーカイブの資料の著作権は、著作者または著作権継承者に属し、追手門学院大学附属図書館オーストラリア・ライブラリー（以下、オーストラリア・ライブラリー）は許可を得たうえで電子公開しています。
※写真画像の一部は、デジタルアーカイブ学会の「肖像権ガイドライン案 ～自主的な公開判断の指針～」を参考に公開していますが、もし問題がございましたら、お手数ですが、下記問い合わせ先にご一報ください。
資料の利用規則
①一次利用（閲覧、複製）について
このデジタルアーカイブにある資料の閲覧と複製（ダウンロードやプリントアウト）を行った場合、複製物を再複製、販売、譲渡（有償・無償を問わず）、もしくは交換物として使用することはできません。
②二次利用（出版物（紙媒体・電子媒体）への掲載、復刻、翻刻、放映、インターネット・ホームページへの掲載）について
このデジタルアーカイブにある資料の二次利用を希望する場合は、「デジタルアーカイブコンテンツ二次利用使用許可申請書」を提出して許可を受けてください。無断での二次利用は固く禁じます。
許可を受けた場合は以下の条件が付されます。
・申請書に記載した目的以外に使用しないこと
・使用に際しては、このデジタルアーカイブが提供する画像であることを、著作権法に定める引用の方法に準じて明示すること
・著作権法その他の法的な問題が生じた場合は、申請者がすべて責任を負うこと
その他
オーストラリア・ライブラリーは、システムメンテナンス及び業務に支障がある場合などは、予告なしにデジタルアーカイブの利用を制限することがあります。その際に生じる利用者の損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

Digital Archive of Japanese Records and Photographs Related to Australia
Outline
The “Digital Archive of Japanese Records and Photographs Related to Australia” is a database of materials such as records and photographs left behind by Japanese people who came to Australia to work.
This digital archive was established with the support of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Australia-Japan Foundation.
Use of the Digital Archive
Before using the digital archive, please read the following terms and conditions carefully and only use the digital archive if you agree to them. By using the archive, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.
Copyright of the materials
The copyright of the materials in this digital archive belongs to the author or the successor of the copyright, and the Australia Library of Otemon Gakuin University Library (hereinafter referred to as the “Australia Library”) makes them available electronically with permission.
*Some of the photo images are published with reference to the “Guidelines on Portrait Rights” issued by the Japan Society for Digital Archive. If you have any problems, please let us know via the contact information below.
Rules for the use of materials
(1) Primary use (browsing and replication)
If you browse and reproduce (download or print out) the materials in this digital archive, you may not re-replicate, sell, give away (for a fee or free of charge), or exchange them for something else.
(2) Secondary use (publication in print or electronic media, reprinting, republication, broadcasting, posting on the website)
If you wish to make secondary use of the materials in this digital archive, please submit an “Application for Permission to Make Secondary Use of Digital Archive Contents” and obtain permission. Secondary use without permission is strictly prohibited.
If permission is granted, the following conditions will apply.
・Do not use the materials for any purposes other than those stated in the application form.
・When using the materials, it must be clearly indicated that the images have been provided by this digital archive in accordance with the method of citation specified in the Copyright Act.
・The applicant shall be responsible for any and all legal issues that may arise under the Copyright Act or other laws.
Other
The Australia Library reserves the right to restrict the use of the digital archive without prior notice in the event of system maintenance or business interruptions. The Australia Library will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by users in such cases.
